Entrees are served with vegetable of the day, and your choice of one of the following: herbed risotto, baked potato, french fries or rice and grains.

Pan Fried Walleye
A Carrington specialty. Fresh seasoned walleye with a light, crispy breading.  $22

Door County Cherry BBQ Chop
A 14-ounce thick and juicy pork chop glazed with Door County cherry BBQ Sauce. Rounded out with fried sage.  $22

Center Cut Sirloin
An 8-ounce dry-aged center cut sirloin topped with garlic and herb caramelized onions and mushrooms.  $24

Filet Mignon
A 7-ounce filet mignon topped with caramelized onions and mushrooms, finished with a blue cheese béchamel sauce.  $32

Chicken Picatta
An 8-ounce Greek-marinated chicken breast dredged and pan-fried. Finished with lemon butter and topped with nonpareil caper.  $17

Tiger Shrimp Provincial
Sautéed tiger shrimp tossed with fresh parsley, roasted garlic, heirloom tomatoes, and finished with lemon butter.  $21

Boilermaker Reuben
A Carrington specialty. Delicious corned beef with swiss cheese and Nappa cabbage, and House-made kimchee. Smothered in 1000 island sauce.  $12

Cranberry Cheddar Turkey
Thick-sliced turkey breast, beefsteak tomato, red onion, Napa cabbage, Renards cranberry cheddar cheese with a sage and roasted garlic aioli. Served in between two slices of lightly-toasted wheatberry bread.  $14

Farmhand Pulled Chicken
Slow-roasted lightly-seasoned chicken topped with coleslaw, bread and butter pickles, and thin-sliced beets. Served on an oven-toasted French hoagie.  $13

Brisket Philly
Slow-roasted, Sautéed onions, mushrooms and peppers and smoked gouda cheese all piled high on an oven-baked french hoagie. Au jus served on the side.  $15

Country Club Sandwich
Thick-sliced turkey, Neuskies smoked ham, alfalfa sprouts, beefsteak tomato, and five-year aged cheddar cheese on toasted white bread.  $13

Build-Your-Own Burger
A Carrington specialty. Locally-sourced beef from Melotte meats right in Green Bay. Our meat is 100 percent certified humane, grass-fed, hormone free, all natural. Basic burger includes lettuce, tomato, red onion, and/or pickles. Just ask. $11

Add meat or cheese: $1 each: Ham, pulled pork, bacon, pepperoni, fried egg, cheddar cheese, swiss cheese, american cheese, blue cheese, aged provolone cheese
