Wedding Planning Details

Event Detailing
The resort provides a wedding planning sheet, outlining your menu selection. This form should be completed and submitted to the Landmark Resort Catering Office at least 30 days prior to your event.

Guest Count
One week prior to your scheduled event, a minimum guaranteed food count must be given to the Catering Office. Billing will be no less than that "guaranteed" guest count.

All catered functions are subject to a 19% service charge and 5.5% sales tax. The group contact will be asked to sign a banquet event contract/order detailing the food and beverage ordered for each function. Advance payment for food is required. Optional dessert and open bar will be billed after the function. It is important to communicate your decisions to your wedding party - so they are aware of the decisions made (i.e. - not including open bar, having Landmark staff cut the cake or not, renting a hospitality room with daily cleaning or not, etc).

A wedding cake from an outside vendor is allowed, otherwise all food and beverage for your event must be purchased through the Landmark Resort. This is consistent with other wedding venues, and is for the purpose of meeting Wisconsin state health codes.
